How to place a phone order and waive the $5.00 fee |

1-if you don't like putting in your credit card number online. Although, putting in your credit card number on our site is 100% safe.
2-if you have questions about shipping
3-if you are shopping after our business hours and are interested in placing an order. Go ahead and use the phone order option, then call us the next business day and refer to your email order number.
4-if you are having trouble with your credit card processing.
5-if you would like a quote on faster shipping like 2nd day air or Overnight. Please be aware, with express shipping we only ship to the BILLING ADDRESS.
So now that it has been explained below is the process.
To Place a phone order:
There is a $5.00 phone order charge the $5.00 fee is waived if the following instructions
are followed.
Add quanity in box and add to your shopping cart
After making your selection choose checkout.
Go ahead and go to the next page.
Fill in your name and address.
Continue to the next page.
In the drop down menu where the credit card would be selected,
choose phone order. Do not put your credit card number in the box.
Then submit the order.
The next page will be your receipt.
On the receipt there will be an EmailOrder Number
