Signature Upon Delivery It is ultimately up to FEDEX whether they accept a signature upon delivery. We will on occassion require indirect or direct signatures upon delivery. Make sure you leave instructions for FEDEX if you will not be home in case your order has to be signed for.
Free Freight We are now offereing Free Freight with $75.00 orders shipped within the 48 states for regular ground delivery. $5.00 Rush Process does qualify for free freight. But EXPRESS SHIPPING does not apply. We are not able to offer free freight for orders that ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or any of the other outlying areas of the United States such as APO and AE addresses. Coupon Code must be put in at checkout to receive Free Freight. If you use the coupon code and have not purchased $75.00 in product your order will be considered NULL/VOID and no phone calls will be made. The one exception to the free freight is we will limit these orders to 1 pinata. If you are ordering more than 1 pinata please do not use this code. The order will be voided.
Credit Card Payments Some debit cards do not work in our system. If your bank does not offer AVS verification with your card even if it has Visa or MasterCard Logo, we can not process it. There will be a $25.00 charge on all credit card disputes.
Checks by Mail There is a $30.00 fee on all returned or cancelled checks for any reason. When you send in a check we will hold your order until the check clears our bank. This takes normally 7-10 business days. So please allow for the time frame. If you pay by credit card your order will ship 24-72 hours. If your check bounces, comes back NSF, or is cancelled by you: 1-You will be turned into a collection agency, who will notify you with the fees.
Backorders Haga's Party Options will backorder products not currently available for shipment, at our discretion. If you would rather cancel the backorder there is no problem, we will do that at no penalty to you. We will attempt to notify you at least one time by phone or email. If an items shows OUT OF STOCK when you place it into the shopping cart. We can either cancel that item or put it on backorder for you, please tell us at the end of the checkout process how to handle your Backorder items. For Example: if items show up as on backorder you can tell us to 1- cancel order if all products will not ship in time for event 2-cancel only backorders from order if they will not ship in time for event but please ship what is in stock. 3-please call us about backorder status of products. If you do not tell us what you want to do with items that come up on backorder when you are checking out we will decide whether to cancel that part of the order or backorder that part.
Shortages or Damage Goods On occassion customers may be shorted an item by accident or receive damaged product. If this happends we do require you to contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. If we are not contacted within 3 days, there is nothing we can do about it. If you contact us within 3 days of receiving your package, we could, refund the item, send a call tag for the product, and may reship the item.
LIMITED SUPPLY ITEMS Haga's Party Options we will run some sales with LIMITED SUPPLY AVAILABLE, or LIMITED STOCK AVAILABLE, when ever you see those words...these items are just that limited supply available. The item is either being discontinued or we have an abundance of it and the price is only for that current stock. If you have any questions about these items please call us at 1-800-260-1566 for more information. Our online system will not necessarily be up to date since many of these items sell up to 90% off suggested retail and they will fly out the door, and we pull from the same stock in our store front and our online system. If you do not ask us to call us about out of stock items, Haga's Party Options will decide whether a phone call or email needs to be sent out or we may just go ahead and send out the order that we have and not charge you for the items that are not available.
Cancellation of orders If you cancel an order, Haga's Party Options has your permission to charge your account a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation of Special orders If a product is specially ordered and cancelled. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs! And a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds If you return items for a refund.. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks, for your credit card company to apply these credits. When refunds are process back to your credit card, you are sent an email that will show a refund processed.
Call Tags If there is a problem with your product[s] and Haga's Party Options sends a call tag for the product. You must supply our carrier with the package when they come to pick it up. If you do not, you will be charged another shipping fee for the call tag.
Returns We now offer a NO HASSLE REFUND. Print out this form and follow the directions. We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, for any unopened packages that are returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you placed a special order there is a 50% restocking fee. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. You can also call our customer service at 1-800-260-1566 for a Return Authorization Number. Items that are not eligible for Returns are: Holiday Items, Pinatas, Opened packages, Cutouts that are not prepackages, Catering items such as serving
trays, bowls, serving utensils unless they are prepackaged in sealed packs, Photo-Balloon Weights, Foil Balloon
Weights, Costumes, hats, head boppers, stadium cups, bandanas.
Risk of Loss Once the product leaves our warehouse and is in the carriers hand, it is up to the carrier to meet the arrival date. Therefore once the merchandise has been shipped and the carrier has stated a specific arrival date to us, but fails to meet this condition, it is not our fault.
Claims, Limitations of Liability Seller's liability, if any, shall be limited to either replacement of the merchandise or the return of purchase price paid, at Seller's option. In no event shall Seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Buyer shall not deduct from the price the amount of any claim. Seller makes no warranty as to the scan ability of the Universal Product Code symbol
Excuses for NON-Performance Seller shall be excused from any delay in performance here under due to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, fires, floods, accidents, order of any court, strikes, shortage of labor or materials or any causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller.
Address Corrections Make sure you put the correct shipping address on the order including building numbers, apartment numbers, suite numbers, or departments for delivery. There will be a $5.00 charge for address corrections.
